Revival 회복

A GUIDED WORKBOOK CELEBRATING HAE-BOK, SELF-CARE, AND THE CYCLES OF REVIVAL

Over 11,000 acts of violence have been reported against Asian Americans since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. Asian American women and gender non-conforming individuals have faced the brunt of this harm, making a majority of those impacted by anti-Asian violence.

The Revival 회복 Workbook was created by and for Asian Americans who have directly and/or indirectly experienced anti-Asian misogyny. This guidebook strives to provide a holistic set of activities and resources that uses art, education, storytelling, and wellness to navigate grief and forge a pathway of healing. The mental health toolkit adapts to various contexts: whether you’re journaling through questions by yourself, working through the activities with your loved ones, or taking inspiration for your upcoming workshops, this book is here for you.

This guide aims to help you take agency in your own story, find hope and resilience in survivorship, and to teach you how to create moments of joy along the way.
